From the station, exit towards the Damrak, then turn right onto Damstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Egelantiersdwarsstraat. Turn left onto Eerste Egelantiersdwarsstraat and walk until you reach number 1, which is the Claes Claeszhofje.
Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near Utrecht Central Station. Head south towards the Rijnsweerd.
