    Begin your journey at Leiden Central Station. Board a train towards Amsterdam Central Station. The journey takes about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. Look for the free ferry service (Ferry 901) that departs from the back of the station towards Amsterdam-Noord.
