Walking
If you are starting from the Leiden Central Station, exit the station and head southwest on Stationsweg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Breestraat. Turn left onto Breestraat and walk for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Nieuwe Rijn, where you will turn right. Follow Nieuwe Rijn until it merges with the Rapenburg. Continue along the Rapenburg until you reach the end of the canal. Cross the bridge, and you will see the signs directing you to Museumbrug 4, located in Amsterdam, about 40 minutes away by walking.

From Leiden Central Station, purchase a ticket for a train to Amsterdam Central Station. The train ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the platform and head towards the main exit. From there, you can catch tram line 2 or 12 from the tram stop outside the station. Ride the tram for 5 stops until you reach the 'Rembrandtplein' stop. From there, walk towards the Museumbrug, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs towards the Museum district, and you will find Museumbrug 4 located on your left.
