From Leiden Central Station, take a train to Amsterdam Central Station. Trains run frequently, approximately every 15 minutes. The journey takes about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the exit facing the city.

From the exit of Amsterdam Central Station, head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 4, 14, or 24 in the direction of 'Zuid' or 'KNSM-Laan'. Get off at the 'Dam' stop, which is about 5 stops away. From the 'Dam' stop, walk south down Damstraat until you reach the junction with Oudezijds Achterburgwal.

From the 'Dam' tram stop, continue south on Damstraat and take a right onto Oudezijds Achterburgwal. Walk along Oudezijds Achterburgwal for approximately 600 meters. The Red Light Secrets Museum will be on your left at number 60h.
