If you are starting from the center of Leiden, walk towards the Denneweg street. Continue along Denneweg until you reach the intersection with the Witte Singel canal. Cross the canal using the bridge. After crossing, turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the next intersection. Turn right onto the Kloksteeg street. Continue walking straight until you see Jan Pesijnshof located at Kloksteeg 21 on your right.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many bike rental shops in Leiden. Start from the central station and head towards the Molen de Valk. Continue straight on the Molen de Valk until you reach the intersection with the Witte Singel canal. Turn left and cycle along the canal. When you reach the Kloksteeg street, turn right and cycle until you reach Jan Pesijnshof at Kloksteeg 21.
