Once you reach the square, look for the large church, the Hooglandse Kerk, which is located at the north side of the square. From there, walk towards the east side of the Markt square and locate the Marktsteeg alley. Scheltema Leiden is located at the end of Marktsteeg, specifically at Marktsteeg 1. It’s a short walk from the Markt, taking approximately 5 minutes.

    If you are coming from Leiden Central Station, take bus line 2 towards 'Leiden, De Zijl'. Get off at the stop 'Leiden, Breestraat'. From the bus stop, walk north towards the Breestraat and continue until you reach the Markt square. Once at the Markt, follow the same directions as above to reach Scheltema Leiden. The total travel time, including the bus and walking, is approximately 15-20 minutes.

The biking route will take around 10 minutes, and the walk will take an additional 5 minutes.
