Walking
If you are starting from the Maastricht train station (Maastricht Centraal), exit the station and head towards the main road (Stationsweg). Turn left onto the Stationsweg and walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Gubbelstraat. Turn right onto Gubbelstraat and continue walking. This road will lead you to the Markt square. Once at the Markt, walk towards the Town Hall, then continue straight onto the Breusterstraat. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Houtmaas. Turn left onto Houtmaas, and you'll find Stokstraatkwartier on your right. The entire walk takes about 20 minutes.
