From Nijmegen Central Station, exit the station and head southwest towards Tunnelweg. Walk straight on Tunnelweg until you reach the bridge over the Waal River. Cross the bridge and continue straight into Arnhem. As you enter the city, you will be on the Korenmarkt. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Oude Stationsstraat. Turn right onto Oude Stationsstraat, and after a short walk, you will find the Parktoren en Rijntoren at Oude Stationsstraat 30.

From Nijmegen Central Station, take bus line 10 towards Arnhem. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop 'Arnhem, Korenmarkt'. Once you get off the bus, walk straight ahead to the Korenmarkt. From there, turn right onto Oude Stationsstraat, and after a short walk, you will arrive at Parktoren en Rijntoren, located at Oude Stationsstraat 30.
