If you're in the city center, walk to the nearest metro station which is 'Beurs'. Take the Metro Line D towards 'De Akkers' or Line E towards 'Slinge'. Get off at 'Stadhuis' station. From there, exit the station and head towards 'Coolsingel'. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with 'Boompjeskade'. Turn left onto 'Boompjeskade' and walk for about 10 minutes. Neo tree will be on your right at Boompjeskade 123.

If you are already near the riverside area, simply head towards the Maas River and walk along the promenade. Follow the riverfront path, and you will eventually reach 'Boompjeskade'. Continue walking along this road for about 15 minutes. Neo tree is located at Boompjeskade 123, right by the water.

You can rent a bike from one of the numerous bike rental stations around the city. Once you have your bike, head towards 'Coolsingel' and continue straight until you reach 'Boompjeskade'. Turn right onto 'Boompjeskade' and continue cycling for about 5 minutes until you reach Neo tree at Boompjeskade 123.
