Car
If you are driving from Scheveningen Beach, head north on the Strandweg toward the Badhuisweg. Continue on Badhuisweg which turns into the J.M. Dijkstraweg and then takes you to the A44 highway. Merge onto the A44 towards Amsterdam. After approximately 45 minutes, take exit 2 toward A10 and merge onto the A10 ring road. Continue on the A10 and take exit S112 toward Amsterdam-Centrum. Follow signs for Centrum and take the Weteringschans road. Turn left onto the Reguliersgracht and then right on Rembrandtplein. The Rembrandt Monument will be on your left at Rembrandtplein 28.
Public Transportation
From Scheveningen Beach, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Kurhaus'. Take tram line 1 towards 'Centraal Station'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop 'Rembrandtplein'. From the tram stop, walk towards Rembrandtplein and you will find the Rembrandt Monument at Rembrandtplein 28.
