If you're driving from Scheveningen Beach, head east on the Keizerstraat towards the Scheveningen Pier. Continue straight onto the Boulevard, which will turn into the Gevers Deynootweg. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with the Van Alkemadelaan. Turn left onto Van Alkemadelaan, and then take the first right onto the Westbroekparklaan. Follow the signs to Westbroekpark, which will be on your left. There are parking facilities available nearby, but be aware that parking may incur a fee.

To reach Westbroekpark using public transport, start at the nearest tram stop along the beach, such as the Scheveningen Noorderstrand stop. Take tram line 1 towards The Hague, and get off at the 'Kijkduin' stop. From there, transfer to bus line 24 towards The Hague and get off at the 'Westbroekpark' stop. The park entrance is just a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the current schedule, as bus and tram frequencies may vary. A single ticket for public transportation costs around €3.50.
