If you're driving in Volendam, head to the main road (N518) and follow the signs towards Amsterdam. After approximately 25 km, merge onto the A10 ring road towards Amsterdam. Take exit S116 towards Amsterdam-Centrum, and follow the signs to the city center. Once you reach the center, look for parking facilities nearby, such as Q-Park Nieuwendijk or Parkeergarage Centraal. After parking, walk towards Oude Leliestraat. The Grey Area Coffeeshop is located at Oude Leliestraat 2, just a short walk from the main square.

To reach Grey Area Coffeeshop via public transportation, start from the Volendam bus station. Take bus line 110 towards Amsterdam and get off at the Amsterdam, Centraal Station stop. From there, exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk along the Damrak street until you reach Dam Square. From Dam Square, walk towards Rokin and take a right onto Oude Leliestraat; continue walking straight for a few minutes. The Grey Area Coffeeshop will be on your left at Oude Leliestraat 2.
