Car
If you are driving from central Volendam, head south on Havenstraat towards Zeestraat. Continue straight onto Edam-Volendam Road (N518) for about 4 kilometers. Merge onto A7 towards Amsterdam and continue for about 15 kilometers. Take exit 1 towards Amsterdam-Noord and follow the signs to Overhoeks. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Buikslotermeer and you will arrive at Overhoeks.

Public Transportation
From Volendam, walk to the nearest bus stop at the bus station on Zeestraat. Take bus line 110 towards Amsterdam Central Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, transfer to the free ferry (Buiksloterweg) which will take you directly to Overhoeks in approximately 10 minutes. Follow signs for Overhoeks upon disembarking.
