Getting There

• Car

  From Zaanse Schans, get onto the A8 motorway by following the signs towards Amsterdam. After approximately 15 km, take the exit toward the A10 ring road and follow the signs for A10 toward Amsterdam-Centrum. Continue on A10 and take exit S116 toward Centrum. Continue on the road until you reach the Damrak. Beurs van Berlage is located at Damrak 243, which will be on your right. Parking options are available nearby but may incur costs, typically around €4 to €5 per hour.

• Train

  From Zaanse Schans, walk to the Zaanse Schans train station (about 1 km away). Catch a train towards Amsterdam Central Station, which runs frequently and takes approximately 17 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the Damrak (about 10 minutes). Beurs van Berlage will be located on your left at Damrak 243.

• Bus

  From Zaanse Schans, take bus number 391 towards Amsterdam, which departs from the main bus stop. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Amsterdam, Sloterdijk' and transfer to tram number 12 towards 'Amsterdam, Centraal'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Dam' stop and walk towards the Damrak. Beurs van Berlage is at Damrak 243, just a short walk from the tram stop.

• Bike

  You can also bike to Beurs van Berlage from Zaanse Schans. There are bike rental services available in Zaanse Schans. Follow the bike paths through the scenic countryside, heading towards Amsterdam. It’s about a 12 km ride which will take approximately 40-50 minutes. Once in Amsterdam, follow signs toward the city center and the Damrak, where Beurs van Berlage is located at Damrak 243.
