Walking
If you are in the heart of Centrum, simply head towards the Oudezijds Voorburgwal. If you are near Dam Square, walk down Damstraat and turn left onto Rokin. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Oudezijds Voorburgwal. Turn right, and you will find De Wallen Red Light District just a short walk ahead on the left at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 39.
Public Transport (Tram)
For those who prefer public transport, you can take Tram 4, 14, or 24 from Centraal Station. Board the tram at the station and disembark at the 'Dam' stop. From there, walk towards the Oudezijds Voorburgwal by heading down Damstraat to Rokin, then turn left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Oudezijds Voorburgwal, turn right, and De Wallen will be on your left at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 39. A single tram ticket costs around €3.20.
Bicycle
If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Centrum. Head towards the Oudezijds Voorburgwal by biking down Damstraat, then turn left onto Rokin. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Oudezijds Voorburgwal, turn right, and you will find De Wallen on your left at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 39. Be mindful of cyclists and pedestrians as you navigate through the busy streets.
