Car
If you are driving from the center of Zaanse Schans, head south on Zaanse Schans toward the N246. Turn left onto N246 and continue for about 2 kilometers. Merge onto A8 and follow signs for Amsterdam. After about 10 kilometers, take exit 4 toward Utrecht. Continue on A2 and follow signs for Utrecht. Take exit 8 toward Centrum and merge onto Vleutenseweg. Follow the road and you will reach Mariaplaats in Utrecht.

From Zaanse Schans, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Zaanse Schans. Take bus line 391 towards Amsterdam and get off at the station 'Zaandijk Zaanse Schans'. From there, catch a train to Utrecht Central Station. Once you arrive at Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and walk towards Mariaplaats, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head southeast on Croeselaan, then turn right onto Vredenburg, and continue until you reach Mariaplaats.
