From Zaanse Schans, take the N8 road towards Amsterdam. Follow the signs for A8 and then merge onto A10 ring road towards Amsterdam. Take exit S116 towards Amsterdam-Centrum. Continue on S116 and follow signs for the city center. Once in Amsterdam, look for parking options (such as parking garages) near the museum. The museum is located at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 38-40, 1012 GD Amsterdam.

From Zaanse Schans, walk to the Zaanse Schans train station (approximately 15 minutes on foot). Take a train to Amsterdam Central Station. The journey takes about 17 minutes. Once at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head southeast towards Damrak. Continue to the right onto Damstraat and then turn left onto Oudebrugsteeg. Follow this street until you reach Oudezijds Voorburgwal. The museum will be on your left.

From Zaanse Schans, walk to the nearest bus stop (approximately 10 minutes on foot). Take Bus 391 towards Amsterdam City. Get off at the Amsterdam Centraal Station stop. From there, walk south on Damrak, turn left onto Oudebrugsteeg, and then left again onto Oudezijds Voorburgwal. The museum will be located at Oudezijds Voorburgwal 38-40.
