Car
If you are driving from central Zaanstreek, head west on the N8 towards the A8 motorway. Merge onto the A8 and continue for about 10 km. Take exit 1 towards Uitgeest/Heemskerk. Continue on the N203, following signs for Uitgeest. After about 3 km, take a left onto Molenweg. Molen De Kat will be on your left at Molenweg 1, 1911 DC Uitgeest. There is parking available near the mill.

Public Transportation
From Zaanstreek, take a train from Zaandam Station to Uitgeest Station. The train ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Uitgeest Station, exit the station and head southwest on Stationsweg. Continue on Stationsweg until you reach the intersection with Molenweg. Turn left onto Molenweg, and Molen De Kat will be about a 15-minute walk ahead at Molenweg 1, 1911 DC Uitgeest.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Zaanstreek. From the center of Zaanstreek, cycle northwest towards the N203. Follow the designated cycling paths along the N203 towards Uitgeest. This route is approximately 8 km and should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Uitgeest, turn left onto Molenweg, and Molen De Kat will be on your left at Molenweg 1, 1911 DC Uitgeest.
