Walking
Start at the Boulder City Visitor Center located at 100 Nevada Way, Boulder City, NV 89005. Head east on Nevada Way towards 5th St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Buchanan Blvd. Turn left onto Buchanan Blvd and continue walking until you reach the Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum. From there, take the bus (Route 201) towards Las Vegas. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Las Vegas Blvd S and E Harmon Ave. The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails is located a short walk from there, inside the Boulevard Tower at 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S Level 1.

From the Boulder City Library at 701 Adams Blvd, walk to the nearest bus stop on Adams Blvd. Take the RTC Transit Route 201 bus towards Las Vegas. It will take you directly to the Las Vegas Strip. Get off the bus at the Las Vegas Blvd S and E Flamingo Rd stop. Walk north along Las Vegas Blvd S for about 10 minutes. The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails is located inside the Boulevard Tower at 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S Level 1.
