If you are driving to the Lamoille-Talbot Trailhead, you will need to navigate to NF-660 in Lamoille, NV 89828. From the center of Lamoille Canyon, head towards Lamoille Canyon Scenic Byway (NV-227). Follow NV-227 until you reach the junction for NF-660. Turn onto NF-660, where you will find the trailhead. Parking is available near the trailhead, and there are no fees associated with parking.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are no direct public transportation services to the Lamoille-Talbot Trailhead. However, you can take a bus or shuttle service to Elko, Nevada, which is the nearest town. From Elko, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to NF-660 in Lamoille. This may incur additional costs depending on the distance and service used.
Walking
If you are already in Lamoille Canyon and prefer to walk, you can hike from the nearby campgrounds or picnic areas along the canyon.
