If you are located on the southern part of The Strip, you can easily walk to Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay. Head south on Las Vegas Boulevard (the main street). Keep walking past the Luxor Hotel and Casino on your left. Continue until you see the Mandalay Bay Resort on your left side. The entrance to Shark Reef Aquarium is located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort. Look for signs directing you to the aquarium once you enter the resort.

You can take the RTC bus service, specifically the Deuce or the SDX (Strip & Downtown Express) which runs along The Strip.
