Car
From the entrance of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, head southeast on W Charleston Blvd toward NV-159. Continue on NV-159 for approximately 10 miles. Merge onto I-215 S toward Las Vegas. After about 6 miles, take the exit toward I-15 S. Continue on I-15 S for about 10 miles. Take exit 38 for Las Vegas Blvd toward the Strip. Continue on S Las Vegas Blvd for about 2 miles. Carrot Top will be located at 3900 S Las Vegas Blvd, inside the Luxor Hotel.

Public Transportation
From the visitor center at Red Rock Canyon, take the RTC bus route that services the area. You may need to walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the entrance of the park. Take the bus heading towards Las Vegas Strip. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the nearest stop to the Luxor Hotel, and walk approximately 5 minutes to reach Carrot Top at 3900 S Las Vegas Blvd.
