Getting There

  • Car

    From the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area entrance, head east on NV-159 E towards Las Vegas. After approximately 5 miles, merge onto I-215 E towards Henderson. Stay on I-215 E for about 7 miles, then take exit 5 for Eastern Ave. Turn left onto Eastern Ave, and continue for about 3 miles. Turn right onto E Galleria Dr. The Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve will be on your right at 350 E Galleria Dr.

    From the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center, take the RTC bus route 203 towards Las Vegas. Get off at the 'Sahara and Eastern' stop. Transfer to bus route 119 towards Henderson. Ride for about 30 minutes and get off at the 'Galleria and Eastern' stop. Walk east on Galleria Dr for about 0.5 miles, and you will reach the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve at 350 E Galleria Dr.
