From downtown Reno, take the RTC bus line 19 (the 'Lake Tahoe Express') towards Incline Village. The bus stop is located at the RTC 4th Street Station. Make sure to check the schedule for departure times. The ride to Incline Village will take about 45 minutes. Get off at the Sand Harbor State Park stop. From there, follow the signs to the park entrance, which is just a short walk away.
