To reach the Truckee River Whitewater Park from downtown Sparks, start by walking to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the corner of Victorian Avenue and Pyramid Way. Here, you can catch the RTC RIDE bus number 11 towards Reno. Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop at W 1st St & N Arlington Ave. From there, the park is just a short walk away. Head south on N Arlington Ave, and the entrance to the Truckee River Whitewater Park will be on your right.

If you are staying in the central area of Sparks, you can walk to the Truckee River Whitewater Park. Start at the Sparks Marina Park, and head west along Marina Gateway. Continue on Marina Gateway until you reach Pyramid Way. Turn left onto Pyramid Way and walk until you reach W 1st St. Make a right onto W 1st St and continue walking until you reach N Arlington Ave. The entrance to the park will be at the intersection of W 1st St and N Arlington Ave.
