Car
If you are driving from Koumac, head southeast on Route de Koumac (D6) towards the town of Poum. After approximately 30 km, turn left onto Route de la Baie de la Moselle (D9) and continue for about 15 km until you reach the junction with XC79. Take a right onto XC79 and follow the signs to Plage de Luengoni. The beach will be on your right after approximately 10 km.
Public Transportation
From Koumac, take a local bus towards Poum. Make sure to check the bus schedule as services may be limited. Once you reach Poum, you will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Plage de Luengoni, as public transport does not go directly to the beach. The taxi fare may vary, so it's advisable to confirm the price before starting your journey.
Taxi/Rideshare
If you are in any major town in North Province, you can book a taxi or rideshare service to Plage de Luengoni directly. Ensure you provide the exact address (XC79+MG3, Mu, New Caledonia) to the driver. The ride should take about 30-45 minutes depending on your starting location. Be prepared for potential costs, which can range from 2,000 to 4,000 XPF depending on the distance.
