Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the main village in Tiga, head southeast on the main road towards Upi Bay. Follow the road for approximately 10 kilometers. You will pass scenic views of the coastline and local vegetation along the way. Look for signs indicating Upi Bay as you approach, and turn left onto the road that leads directly to the bay. There is parking available once you arrive.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, check the local bus schedule for any services that run towards Upi Bay. Buses may not run frequently, so it's advisable to plan your trip in advance. Once you arrive at the nearest bus stop, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach Upi Bay. Be sure to ask the bus driver or local residents for the best stop to get off for Upi Bay.

• Walking

  If you are already in Tiga and prefer to walk, you can follow the main road heading southeast for about 10 kilometers. The walk will take you through some beautiful landscapes, so be sure to carry water and wear comfortable shoes. Once you reach the turn-off for Upi Bay, follow the path leading down to the bay itself.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, renting a bicycle in Tiga can be a great way to reach Upi Bay. Follow the road southeast, and enjoy the ride along the scenic coastal route. Ensure you have a bicycle lock, as there are places to secure your bike once you reach the bay. The ride is approximately 10 kilometers and should take about 30-45 minutes depending on your pace.
