From the center of Exeter, head to the Exeter Bus Station located at 30 Epping Rd. Board the 'Coastal Route' bus heading towards Hampton Beach. The ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Disembark at the North Hampton State Beach stop, which is close to 27 Ocean Blvd.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local shop in Exeter. Start your journey heading east on Epping Rd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and follow the signs for North Hampton. The beach is about 5 miles from Exeter and will take around 20-30 minutes to reach. Once you arrive in North Hampton, look for Ocean Blvd, and follow it to the beach.

For a scenic walk, start at the Exeter Central Park. Head east on Water Street and turn left onto Epping Rd. Walk along Epping Rd until you reach the intersection with Route 1.
