If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Franconia Notch State Park on I-93. Head south on I-93 and take exit 32 for US-3 N toward Lincoln. Follow US-3 N for approximately 6 miles, then merge onto NH-112 E. Continue on NH-112 E for about 2 miles until you see the signs for Sugar Hill Scenic Vista. The scenic vista has a designated parking area, so you can park your car and enjoy the views.

If you are using public transportation, you will need to check the schedule for the local bus service that operates in the Franconia area. Look for the bus that goes to Lincoln or Franconia Notch. Once you reach the nearest bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach Sugar Hill Scenic Vista. Be prepared for a short hike along NH-112 E, as there may not be a designated pedestrian path. Always check the bus schedule in advance to ensure you have a ride back.

If you are already within Franconia Notch State Park and prefer to walk, head towards the Flume Gorge Visitor Center. From there, follow the paved paths leading towards the Franconia Notch bike path. Walk north along the path that runs parallel to I-93. After about 1.5 miles, you will reach NH-112. Cross carefully and head east for about 0.5 miles until you reach Sugar Hill Scenic Vista. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the walk may include some uneven terrain.
