Car
From Lincoln, NH, head south on I-93 S. Take exit 32 for NH-112 E. Follow NH-112 E for about 4 miles until you reach the junction for the Kancamagus Highway (NH-112). Turn left onto Kancamagus Highway. Continue for approximately 9 miles. Look for the Hancock Notch Trailhead on your right, just past the Kancamagus Scenic Byway pull-off. There is a parking area available for visitors.

While public transportation options are limited in the White Mountains area, you can take the Concord Coach Lines bus from Boston to Lincoln, NH. Once you arrive in Lincoln, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to get to the Hancock Notch Trailhead as there is no direct public transport available. Expect the taxi or rideshare fare to be approximately $20 to $30 for the short trip to the trailhead.
