Getting There

Car
If you're traveling by car, start by heading to Route 1 (Lafayette Road) in Seacoast Region. From there, take the exit onto I-95 North towards Portsmouth. Continue on I-95 North for approximately 9 miles. Take exit 2 for NH-33 towards Greenland. Merge onto NH-33 and continue for about 5 miles until you reach the junction with US-4. Turn left onto US-4 East and follow it for approximately 2 miles. You will find NH Rocks on your left. Look for the sign and ample parking available.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take the COAST bus service. Start by locating the nearest COAST bus stop in your area. Take the Route 2 bus towards Portsmouth. This route will take you to the Portsmouth Transportation Center. From there, transfer to the Route 5 bus towards Greenland. The total fare for the COAST bus is approximately $2.50. After getting off at the Greenland stop, NH Rocks is about a 15-minute walk. Head north on Post Road (NH-1) for about 0.7 miles, then turn left on US-4 East, and you will see NH Rocks on your left.
