Getting There

• Car

  To reach Franconia Notch State Park from the Seacoast area, start by getting onto I-95 N from your current location. Follow I-95 N for about 30 miles until you reach the exit for I-93 N toward Concord/Lincoln. Merge onto I-93 N and continue for approximately 65 miles. Take exit 34B toward US-3 N and merge onto US-3 N. Follow US-3 N for about 5 miles, and you'll see signs for Franconia Notch State Park. The park entrance is located at Flume Gorge on Daniel Webster Hwy, Lincoln, NH 03251. Note that there may be an entrance fee to access the park.

• Public Transportation

  If you're traveling via public transportation, you can take a bus from Portsmouth to Concord. Look for the Concord Coach Lines service, which operates between these two locations. Once in Concord, transfer to a bus heading to Lincoln. Check the schedules for the bus that goes to the Lincoln area, as it may not be direct. Once you arrive in Lincoln, you may need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Franconia Notch State Park, which is about 10-15 minutes away from the bus stop.
