If you're already in Franconia Notch State Park, head south on Franconia Notch Parkway (I-93). Follow the signs for Cannon Mountain. After about 3 miles, take the exit for Cannon Mountain Ski Area. Continue on the access road until you reach the parking area. Note that parking may incur a fee of approximately $20 for the day.
