Continue on Route 25 until you reach the junction with Route 16 North. Take Route 16 North towards Conway. After approximately 12 miles, take the exit for Route 25 East towards Tamworth. Follow Route 25 for about 8 miles, then turn left onto Cleveland Hill Road. The Remick Country Doctor Museum & Farm will be on your left at 58 Cleveland Hill Rd, Tamworth, NH 03886. Parking is available on-site.
