Getting There

PATH Train
From Jersey City, head to the nearest PATH station, which could be either the Journal Square or Grove Street station. If you are at Journal Square, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. If you are at Grove Street, take the PATH towards 33rd Street. After 3 to 4 stops, get off at the 33rd Street station in Manhattan. Once you arrive, transfer to the E subway line towards World Trade Center. Get off at the 23rd Street station, and then walk towards 8th Avenue. From there, take the Q101 bus towards Astoria and get off at the Jackson Ave stop. You will be just a short walk away from MoMA PS1.

Bus
Start at the Jersey City bus terminal. Take the NJ Transit bus number 119 or 120 towards New York Port Authority. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Inside the terminal, follow the signs to the subway and take the E subway line towards World Trade Center. Get off at the 23rd Street station, and then walk towards 8th Avenue. Finally, catch the Q101 bus towards Astoria and get off at the Jackson Ave stop. MoMA PS1 will be a short walk from there.

Ferry
Head to the Jersey City waterfront and catch the NY Waterway ferry. The ferry terminal is located near the Paulus Hook area. Take the ferry towards Pier 11/Wall Street in Manhattan. Once you arrive, walk to the subway station at Wall Street and take the 2 or 4 subway lines uptown to 23rd Street. From there, transfer to the E subway line towards World Trade Center and get off at 23rd Street station. After that, walk towards 8th Avenue and take the Q101 bus towards Astoria, getting off at the Jackson Ave stop. MoMA PS1 will be just a short walk away.
