Car
If you're driving, start on Route 3 East. Take the exit toward Rutherford and merge onto NJ-17 South. Continue on NJ-17 South, then take the exit for Union Ave. Turn right onto Union Ave, then take another right onto Crane Ave. The Meadowlands Museum will be on your left at 91 Crane Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070. Please note that parking may be available on-site or nearby, but always check for any parking fees.
Public Transportation - Bus
To reach Meadowlands Museum using public transportation, take NJ Transit Bus #165 from Hackensack. Board the bus at the Hackensack Bus Terminal. The bus will take you towards Rutherford. Get off at the stop nearest to Union Ave and Crane Ave. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes to the museum by heading east on Union Ave and then turning right onto Crane Ave. Note that bus fares may apply, so have cash or a transit pass ready.
Public Transportation - Train and Bus
If you prefer a combination of train and bus, take the NJ Transit train from Hackensack to Rutherford Station. Once you arrive at Rutherford Station, exit and take NJ Transit Bus #165 towards Hackensack. Get off at the stop nearest to Union Ave and Crane Ave. Walk about 5 minutes to the Meadowlands Museum by heading east on Union Ave and turning right onto Crane Ave. Ensure you check the train and bus schedules for accurate timing.
