Ferry
To get to Dumbo in Brooklyn from Hoboken, start by walking to the Hoboken Terminal. Exit the terminal and head towards the waterfront. Look for the NY Waterway ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry heading to Manhattan. Board the ferry and enjoy a scenic ride across the Hudson River. Once you arrive at the Manhattan terminal, exit the ferry and make your way to the East River ferry terminal located at Wall Street. Board the East River ferry heading towards Dumbo. After a short ride, disembark at the Dumbo stop. You'll be right in the heart of Dumbo, Brooklyn!
PATH Train
Begin your journey by walking to the Hoboken PATH station located at 1st Street and Hudson Street. Purchase a ticket for the PATH train heading towards World Trade Center. Board the train and travel for about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center station, follow the signs to exit towards the Oculus. From there, walk towards the subway station and take the 2 train towards Flatbush Avenue. Get off at the Borough Hall stop and transfer to the F train towards Coney Island. Ride the F train for a few stops and get off at York Street station, which is close to Dumbo. Walk a short distance to reach your destination.
Bus
From Hoboken, walk to the bus stop located at Washington and 1st Street. Catch the NJ Transit Bus #126 towards New York Port Authority. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Once there, follow the signs to the subway and take the A train towards Brooklyn. Get off at the High Street station and exit the station. From High Street, it's a short walk down to Dumbo. Follow the signs to the waterfront to enjoy the views and explore the area.
