    Starting from the Hoboken Terminal, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the Hudson River waterfront walkway for a scenic view. Continue walking north until you reach 14th Street. Turn left onto 14th Street and walk east until you reach Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street and continue walking until you reach 11th Street. At 11th Street, turn left and walk until you reach the PATH station at 9th Street. Take the PATH train to 33rd Street in Manhattan. Exit the PATH station and walk east on 33rd Street towards 6th Avenue. Turn left onto 6th Avenue and continue until you reach Irving Place. Turn right onto Irving Place, and Irving Plaza will be on your left at 17 Irving Pl.

    From the Hoboken Terminal, take the PATH train to 33rd Street in Manhattan. When you arrive at 33rd Street, exit the PATH station and walk east on 33rd Street towards 6th Avenue.
