    Getting There

    Walking

    From the Hoboken Terminal, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the Hudson River waterfront park until you reach 14th Street. Turn left onto 14th Street and walk to the PATH train station located at 14th Street and 6th Avenue. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. After approximately 20 minutes, you will arrive at the World Trade Center station in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the R or W subway line at Cortlandt Street station heading towards Astoria-Ditmars Blvd. Get off at the 8th Street-NYU station. Transfer to the N or Q line and head to the 2nd Avenue station. Finally, exit the subway, walk east on 2nd Avenue to Bowery, then turn left to reach the New Museum at 235 Bowery.

    Bus

    From the Hoboken Terminal, walk to the bus stop located at 1st Street and River Street. Take the NJ Transit bus #126 towards New York. This will take you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once at the terminal, exit and walk to 8th Avenue. From there, you can either walk or take the subway. If you prefer the subway, take the A, C, or E train from 42nd Street-Port Authority to West 4th Street station, then transfer to the F train towards Jamaica-179th Street. Get off at the 2nd Avenue station. Walk east to Bowery and turn left to reach the New Museum at 235 Bowery.

    Ferry

    From the Hoboken Terminal, walk to the nearby Hoboken Ferry Terminal. Board the NY Waterway ferry heading to Manhattan. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal in Manhattan (World Financial Center), exit the terminal and walk to the nearest subway station, which is the World Trade Center station. Take the R or W line towards Astoria-Ditmars Blvd. Get off at the 8th Street-NYU station. Transfer to the N or Q line, then head to the 2nd Avenue station. Finally, exit the subway, walk east on 2nd Avenue to Bowery, and then turn left to reach the New Museum at 235 Bowery.
