    Walking

    Start at the Hoboken Terminal, which is located at 1 Hudson Place. Exit the terminal and head southeast on Hudson Place toward the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn right onto the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway. Continue walking along the walkway for about 1.5 miles until you reach the edge of the water at the ferry terminal. The Staten Island Ferry terminal is located at 4 Whitehall Street in Manhattan. You can board the ferry here to enjoy the scenic ride to Staten Island.

    Public Transit

    From Hoboken, walk to the PATH station at 1 Hudson Place. Take the PATH train to World Trade Center station. After exiting the train, follow the signs to the Fulton Street subway station. Take the 1 train (red line) uptown one stop to Rector Street. Exit the station and walk south to the ferry terminal located at 4 Whitehall Street. You will find the Staten Island Ferry terminal where you can board the ferry.
