Getting There

• PATH TRAIN

  From Hoboken Terminal, take the PATH train toward World Trade Center. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the 14th Street station, exit the train and head up the stairs to street level. From there, walk east on 14th Street until you reach Broadway. Turn right on Broadway and continue walking south until you reach 828 Broadway, the Strand Book Store.

• BUS

  Catch the NJ Transit bus #126 or #128 from Hoboken to New York City. The buses run frequently and the ride will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the stop at 14th Street and 6th Avenue. From there, walk east along 14th Street until you reach Broadway. Turn right on Broadway and continue walking south until you reach 828 Broadway, the Strand Book Store.

• FERRY

  Take the NY Waterway ferry from Hoboken to the World Financial Center. The ferry ride takes about 8 minutes. Once you arrive, exit the terminal and walk towards the subway entrance at the World Trade Center. Take the A, C, or E train uptown to 14th Street station. Upon exiting the station, walk east on 14th Street until you reach Broadway. Turn right on Broadway and walk south to 828 Broadway, the Strand Book Store.

• WALKING

  If you prefer to walk, you can head towards the PATH train station at Hoboken Terminal and then catch the PATH train to 14th Street. After that, walk east on 14th Street and turn right on Broadway. Continue walking south until you reach 828 Broadway. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 miles, which may take about 30 to 35 minutes.
