From Hoboken Terminal, take the PATH train towards 33rd Street. The train ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the 33rd Street station in Manhattan. Once you exit the station, walk east on 33rd Street until you reach 5th Avenue. Turn left onto 5th Avenue and continue walking until you reach the Flatiron Building at 175 5th Ave, which will be on your right.

From the Hoboken Waterfront, head to the NY Waterway ferry terminal. Take the ferry to the Midtown/Wall St. route. After approximately a 10-15 minute ride, disembark at the 39th Street terminal. Once you leave the ferry, walk south on 39th Street until you reach 5th Avenue. Turn left onto 5th Avenue and walk down until you arrive at the Flatiron Building, located at 175 5th Ave on your left.

Catch the NJ Transit bus 126 at any bus stop along Washington Street in Hoboken. The bus will take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. After arriving, exit the terminal and walk to 8th Avenue. From there, take the A, C, or E subway line one stop downtown to 34th Street-Penn Station. Exit the subway and walk east on 34th Street until you reach 5th Avenue. Turn left and proceed until you find the Flatiron Building at 175 5th Ave on your right.
