From Hoboken, walk to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Once at the terminal, purchase a ticket for the NY Waterway ferry to Manhattan. Board the ferry heading to Christopher Street. Once you arrive at the Christopher Street Pier, exit the ferry and walk east on Christopher Street. Continue walking until you reach 38-64 Christopher St, where the Stonewall National Monument is located.

Head to the Hoboken PATH station at 1 PATH Plaza. Take the PATH train towards 33rd Street in Manhattan. Get off at the 6th Avenue station. Once you exit, walk east to 6th Avenue and turn left.
