Getting There

PATH TRAIN
From your location in Jersey City, walk to the PATH train station. The most convenient station is the Exchange Place PATH station. Once you arrive at the station, purchase a ticket to the World Trade Center station in Manhattan. Board a train heading towards 33rd Street. After a short ride, disembark at the World Trade Center station. Exit the station and walk towards the Westfield World Trade Center shopping mall. From there, follow the signs to the Oculus and then head towards Church Street. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach Chinatown.

FERRY
Head to the Liberty State Park Ferry Terminal. You can take the Light Rail to the Liberty State Park station and walk to the terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Manhattan. Once you cross the river, disembark at the Battery Park City terminal. From there, walk north on West Street towards Chambers Street, then turn left onto Chambers Street. Continue walking east until you reach Church Street, and then turn right. You will find yourself in Chinatown shortly after.

BUS
Locate the nearest NJ Transit bus stop in Jersey City. You can take the NJ Transit bus #119 or #126 towards New York. Make sure to tell the driver that you want to go to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. After about a 20-30 minute ride, you will arrive at the bus terminal. From there, exit the terminal and walk east towards 8th Avenue. Turn left on 8th Avenue and then right onto Canal Street, which will take you directly into Chinatown.
