From any location in Jersey City, make your way to the Exchange Place PATH station. You can find this station by walking towards the waterfront or asking locals for directions. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to the World Trade Center station. Board a train heading towards World Trade Center. The journey will take about 10 minutes. After arriving at the World Trade Center, follow the signs to the Oculus and exit onto Church Street.
