PATH Train
From Jersey City, head to the PATH train station nearest to you (Journal Square or Exchange Place). Purchase a round-trip ticket to the World Trade Center station. Board the train heading toward World Trade Center. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center, follow the signs to the Oculus and then exit to Church Street. Walk north on Church Street, then turn right onto Chambers Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Eldridge Street. Turn left onto Eldridge Street and walk until you arrive at 12 Eldridge St, the Museum at Eldridge Street.

Ferry
Make your way to the Liberty State Park ferry terminal in Jersey City. Take the Liberty Landing Ferry to the Manhattan terminal. Once you disembark, head towards the PATH train at the World Trade Center station. Follow the same instructions as above from the World Trade Center PATH train to reach 12 Eldridge Street.

Find the nearest NJ Transit bus stop in Jersey City. Take bus number 119 or 87 towards New York. Get off at the stop near the George Washington Bridge and transfer to a subway (A, C, or E line) at the nearest station. Ride to Canal Street station. Exit the station and walk east on Canal Street. Turn left onto Eldridge Street, and continue until you reach 12 Eldridge St, the Museum at Eldridge Street.
