PATH Train
To get to Park Row in New York City from Jersey City, start by heading to the Exchange Place PATH station. You can reach the station by walking from your hotel or location in Jersey City. Once you arrive at Exchange Place, purchase a PATH ticket and board the train heading towards World Trade Center. The ride will take about 10 minutes. After arriving at the World Trade Center station, exit the train and take the escalator up to the street level. From there, walk towards Church Street, then turn left, and continue until you reach Park Row. It should be about a 10-minute walk.

Ferry
Another way to reach Park Row is by taking the NY Waterway Ferry from Jersey City. Head to the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal, which can be reached by walking or taking a short bus ride from your location. Purchase a ferry ticket and board the ferry heading to Wall Street. The ferry ride offers great views and takes approximately 10 minutes. Once you disembark at Wall Street, walk northeast on Wall Street, then turn right onto Broadway, and finally left onto Park Row. The total walk from the Wall Street terminal is around 5 minutes.
