PATH Train
From any location in Jersey City, head to the nearest PATH train station—either Journal Square or Exchange Place. Purchase a ticket at the machine, and board a train heading towards World Trade Center. After about 10 minutes, get off at Hoboken Station. When you exit the station, walk straight on Newark Street until you reach Sinatra Drive. Turn left onto Sinatra Drive and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach Sinatra Park on your right.

Locate the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. You can take the NJ Transit bus #126, which travels from Jersey City to Hoboken. Make sure to check the schedule for the next bus. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop at Sinatra Drive. After getting off the bus, walk south on Sinatra Drive for about 5 minutes to reach Sinatra Park.
