From Jersey City, head to the PATH train station at Exchange Place. Purchase a ticket to the World Trade Center station in Manhattan. Once you arrive at World Trade Center, transfer to the R or W subway line at the Cortlandt St. station, and take it towards Astoria-Ditmars Blvd or Bay Ridge-95th St. Get off at the Whitehall St. station. From there, transfer to the 2 or 4 subway lines at Wall St. and head towards Brooklyn. Get off at the Borough Hall station and transfer to the 5 train towards Flatbush Av-Brooklyn College. Finally, get off at the Atlantic Av-Barclays Center station and transfer to the Q train towards Coney Island. Get off at the DeKalb Av station and walk to 45 Water St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs for Dumbo and enjoy the scenic waterfront on your way.
