PATH Train
From Jersey City, head to the PATH train station at Exchange Place. Purchase a ticket for the World Trade Center station. Board the train and enjoy the ride, which takes approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the World Trade Center station. Once you exit the station, walk northeast towards the Oculus and then head towards Broadway. The Cunard Building is located at 25 Broadway, just a short walk from the World Trade Center site.

Make your way to the Liberty State Park ferry terminal in Jersey City. Take the New York Waterway ferry to the Wall Street terminal in Manhattan. The ferry ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk north on Wall Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Broadway. Turn left and walk about 2 minutes to find the Cunard Building at 25 Broadway.

Find the NJ Transit bus stop near your location in Jersey City. Take the bus that heads to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Upon arriving at the terminal, exit and walk towards 8th Avenue. Transfer to the subway at 42nd Street and take the 2 or 3 train downtown to Wall Street. Once you exit at Wall Street, walk east until you reach Broadway. The Cunard Building will be on your left at 25 Broadway.
